CPA and financial executive with more than 20 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, technical accounting, internal controls and advisory services, with extensive specialization in the oil and gas industry. Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, complex accounting transactions, SEC reporting, acquisitions and divestitures, ASC 606 revenue recognition, ASC 842 leases, SOX compliance and accounting policy development.

His professional background includes senior leadership roles at EnerVest and Marathon Oil, along with more than 14 years at Ernst & Young, where he served as Senior Manager. He advises executive management, leads accounting organizations, evaluates complex transactions, supports financial reporting, and develops practical accounting policies and processes.
