1. Read the notice properly
We identify what the IRS is actually asking, which tax years are involved and what the real deadline is. Many notices are narrower than they appear.

We reconstruct what was filed, what supports it and where the gap is. Representation without documentation is guesswork.
3. Respond on your behalf
Once authorized, correspondence and contact run through your representative, not through you.
